The concept of customer relationship management is linked to the idea of “customer loyalty”.
The Chamber of Commerce of Bari, partners of FOODING project , believes that the potential final users of the virtual mall are the Italian and foreign tourists who spend a holiday in Apulia region.
Therefore between May and August of 2015 The Chamber of commerce of Bari have realized 1,000 questionnaires to tourists in 6 provinces of Apulia with the aim of investigating the attitudes , behaviors , evaluations , desires , expectations of tourists about the typical food products of the region . The final goal of this operation has been verifying the level of satisfaction of foreign tourists in Apulia abouttasting experience, about quality and purchasing modalities of Apulian typical products.
At the end of the this operation we have produced the results analysis.
